Cheverly Hospital Redevelopment

The University of Maryland Prince George’s County Hospital currently occupies 26 acres on the site located at 3001 Hospital Drive Cheverly, MD 20785. The hospital is scheduled to relocate to a new facility in Largo in the Spring of 2021. The purpose of this project is to create a concept plan for the redevelopment of the site that is in alignment with the Cheverly Sector Plan and the residents of Cheverly. This concept plan provides a preliminary draft that presents a mixed-use development that will include well-thought-out residential and retail uses. Presented by Grimm & Parker on April 6, 2021.
