    The Automated Recordation Transfer Tax System(ARTS) is designed to assist you in preparing your documents and payments for Prince George's County Transfer and the State of Maryland Recordation, taxes.

    To receive a refund of Excess Energy Taxes, you must first qualify through the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. The County will contact qualified residents.

    Go online to make an inquiry about your taxes or make a payment on your tax bill.

  4. Property Taxes

    Your tax bill is issued in July each year. Taxes are subject to interest and penalty if not received by the date shown on the front of your bill.
