Blue Line Corridor

The Largo Rebranding Initiative will help establish and brand the Largo Town Center station as the anchor of Downtown Prince George’s and the Blue Line Corridor.

EDI Fund

Geographic Development Incentives

Both Prince George’s County and the State of Maryland offer development incentives whose eligibility is either wholly or in part dependent on the location of a given project. To assist prospective developers in determining the eligibility of locations for certain incentives, the county has developed an online mapping tool.

Economic Development Platform

This platform represents the County Executive’s vision for a new way of doing business in Prince George’s County. It will guide and influence the County’s economic development activity for the next decade and beyond, including setting goals to guide policy and investments, confirming intention and strategy to grow the commercial tax base and attract new jobs, and launching signature projects to demonstrate the new platform.
